Instructions

  1. Poach the chicken legs in water and milk in a 300-degree oven until internal temperature is 140, turning as necessary.
  2. Remove the legs from the poaching liquid, coat the legs in flour seasoned as desired, and deep fry until the crust is done to the desired color.
  3. Plate and serve.
