Skip's Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 ea fresh chicken drumsticks, skin-on
- 1 C water
- 1 C whole milk or buttermilk
Instructions
- Poach the chicken legs in water and milk in a 300-degree oven until internal temperature is 140, turning as necessary.
- Remove the legs from the poaching liquid, coat the legs in flour seasoned as desired, and deep fry until the crust is done to the desired color.
- Plate and serve.
